About El

In 2004, I volunteered as the ED of a team sent in to establish a trauma response unit in Banda Aceh, a war-ravaged zone razed by the Boxing Day Tsunami.

I arrived within 48 hours of the wave strike to absolute chaos, a ruined society, no structures, destroyed family units, no homes, death and despair and complete and utter chaos.

As soon as we established a base to work from, I began visiting places of respite, such as the hospital and assistance sites, as well as the 'homes' individuals attempted to organise within the ruined environment.

The task initially seemed insurmountable, but I had not factored in the incredible resilience, and determination people have when faced with extraordinary and overwhelming circumstances.

The women, traditionally the homemakers, were the first to start, finding spaces for their remaining family members. Then, once there was a centre of calm descending in the region, the children stopped screaming and the men began to take action as the first steps towards the daunting process of rebuilding began.

It was a privilege to be part of something both deeply humbling and incredibly inspiring. It gave me new insight into the power and passion we all hold, the extraordinary energy that faith and belief can unlock, and how these emerge so naturally in times of crisis.

On my journey back to Australia, I realized my passion had become my main focus—to support driven, passionate people, who want to grow, take pride in their achievements, and aim higher, to expand their horizons, all for the greater good, as through simply being, they are powerful!

El has taken some extraordinary opportunities on the world stage to elite successes including performances at Montreux, leading stem cell research at conception and supporting the Churchill Scholarship for a leading director. She’s dealt with armed, angry youths and tense situations with oddly effortless calm, understanding that self-trust and respect for systems are key to becoming best self, to fully embracing the thrill of success and an engaged, vibrant life.

To deepen her awareness and commitment to excellence, she spent an inspiring week with Minmia, an Aboriginal elder, educator, and healer who carries the traditional lore of the Wirradjirri people. There, she learned the value of ritual and aligning with nature’s rhythms for health, self-respect, and, above all, certainty. By embracing our true selves and becoming part of life’s systems, we can achieve success in an empowered way—without relying on sheer willpower or the frantic urgency to force things into place.

Then, with the knowledge of the importance and essential nature of our spirit, the fire that drives us and the passion that inspires, she began studying the nature of energy flow and the energetic blueprints passed down through the ages, as ways to enhance connections and honour the possibility of enjoying supported and aligned success along the way.

Now, with her ever present and personal drive to be her best self, along with her understanding of connections and expertise in energy patterns and the natural power of success through aligning with innate abilities and natural talents, El has the ability to broaden horizons for those seeking more.
